a meteor came and they had to go
dinosaurs and Earth
couldn't coexist
that's why I'm a paleontologist

religion and Darwin had they're debates
if man really came from an ape
I'll look for bones
and the links we've missed
cause I'm an anthropologist

as we search for answers
to prove that we're not alone
we should have turned to
Atlantis, Stonehenge, or Ancient Rome
but everything's surreal
when ya think of the time that we've been here
we're just a speck on the spectrum of time
